Majdi Joher is the Founder of MEPROLIM C.I. (IVORY COAST) in Abidjan since 1994, the C.E.O. of MEPROLIM GHANA LIMITED in Accra since 2006, and MEPROLIM (TOGO) in Lome since 2014. He is a Marketing graduate from High Commercial School in Nice, France, and also holds an Accounting degree from the University of Nice, France. He gained valuable experience from Cavas Catalanas (MEPROLIM Head Office and Supplier in Las Palmas, Spain).
GENERAL MANAGER
Daphia Ngouma is the General Manager. She joined MEPROLIM GHANA LIMITED in March 2011 as Accountant and Administration Manager and was later promoted to Finance Manager of Meprolim. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University India and a certificate in data analysis from CBA.

Newton Ahanogbe is the Contract Manager. He joined MEPROLIM Ghana Limited in January 2007. Newton has over nine years’ experience from Cleaning Masters, where he occupied the same position. He holds the A Advance Certificate of City & Guild in Welding & Fabrication, London. He is responsible for all Cleaning Contracts, recruitment, training and placement of Cleaning Operatives. He also liaises with client companies to ensure customer satisfaction and improved services.
SALES MANAGER
Talal Captan is the Sales Manager. He joined MEPROLIM GHANA LIMITED in February 2016. Prior to this he was the Branch Manager and ACT Managing Director of ITSALAT INTERNATIONAL in Takoradi and Ivory Coast respectively for 5 years. With his vast experience in Management and Sales he has proven his expertise in his field.
